آگهی فراخوان عمومی خرید و واردات ذرت دامی شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد (سهامی خاص) شماره فراخوان NDJ-1405-02
شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد (سهامی خاص) در نظر دارد جهت تامین و واردات ذرت دامی از منابع Tejarat Bank Iraq(TBI) اقدام نماید. لذا بدینوسیله به اطلاع کلیه شرکت هایی که توانایی تامین و فروش مطابق قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر موضوع را دارند، میرساند، مطابق برنامه زمانی مندرج در ردیف ۸ این فراخوان نسبت به ارسال اسناد مطابق بند ۴ و ۵ اقدام و در زمان مقرر به این شرکت تحویل نمایند:
۱ – نام و نشانی شرکت: شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد(سهامی خاص) به آدرس: تهران، میدان جهاد (فاطمی )، ضلع جنوب شرقی، نبش کوچه شهید مصیری پلاک ۵ ، طبقه ۸ ، تلفن: ۸۸۹۲۳۳۶۶ نمابر : ۸۶۰۳۷۲۶۵
۲- موضوع: تامین و واردات مقدار تقریبی ۷۰،۰۰۰ تن ذرت دامی برزیل از طریق ارزیابی کیفی. (در صورت توافق طرفین تا ۱۰ درصد قابل افزایش می باشد.)
۳-پرداخت وجه خرید کالا صرفاًاز طریق منابع Tejarat Bank Iraq(TBI) است لذا مسئولیت هماهنگی، امکان پذیری و ارائه اسناد و شرایط حمل کالا از منابع بانک مذکور صرفاً بعهده فروشنده است ضمناً لازم است متقاضی قبل از شرکت به طور کامل با فرایند همکاری با روش مذکورآگاهی داشته باشد( در قرارداد ضمانت لازم برای اجرای این بند پیش بینی شده و لازم است متقاضی محترم در این خصوص با آگاهی کامل اقدام نماید) شایان ذکر است با عنایت به شرایط خاص منطقه، هر گونه هماهنگی بابت عبور کشتی از تنگه هرمز بر عهده ی تامین کننده میباشد.
۴- ارسال مستندات شامل تصاویر مشخصات شرکت کننده، سوابق کاری، اعلام حساب و سایر مستندات مربوطه (پاکت الف)، در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان NDJ-1405-02 قسمت A.
۵- ارسال پیشنهاد قیمت (پروفرما )بر اساس CFRبندر امام خمینی و در قالب فرمت متعارف زمانبندی حمل کالا ،حتما مشخص باشد.(پاکت ب) در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود حتما در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان NDJ-1405-02 قسمت .B
۶- آخرین تاریخ تحویل ۳۰ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۶ است.
۷- تعهد تحویل کالا در بنادر جنوبی کشور براساس زمان بندی مفاد قرارداد میباشد. لازم به توضیح است شرایط هرگونه حواله و یا انتقال ارز منوط به تخلیه بار قبل از حواله است.
۸ – مهلت ارائه پاکت محتوی اسناد : تا ساعت ۱۰ روز یکشنبه مورخ ۱۸/۰۵/۱۴۰۵ و زمان بازگشایی پاکات دریافتی نیز ساعت ۱۲ همان روز می باشد.
۹ – استاندارد کالای تحویلی برای ذرت دامی باید مطابق ۵۹۳۶-۱۲۹۶۸, ۵۹۲۵, ۱۴۴۵ISIRI/ و گرید یک باشد.
۱۰- مبدا تامین موضوع فراخوان ذرت دامی از کشور برزیل می باشد.
۱۱-ضروری است متقاضیان شماره فراخوان را بصورت خوانا برروی هر دو پاکت (الف) و (ب) درج نمایند یا اگر بصورت ایمیل ارسال می نمایند دو ایمیل جداگانه که در عنوان آن قید شود ” فراخوان NDJ-1405-02 قسمت “A و ” فراخوان NDJ-1405-02 قسمت“ B
۱۲ -متقاضیان بایستی اسناد فراخوان مهر و امضا شده را در پاکت لاک و مهر شده قرار داده و در تاریخ مقرر در ردیف (۸) این فراخوان به مدیریت حراست موسسه جهاد استقلال به آدرس شرکت تحویل و رسید دریافت نمایند. قابل ذکر است که در زمان بازگشایی پاکات، ابتدا پاکت الف ارسالی متقاضی، بازگشایی و در صورت احراز شرایط لازم، پاکت ب دریافتی، بازگشایی خواهد شد. متقاضیانی که از طریق ایمیل شرکت میکنند باید مطابق توضیح بند ۴و ۵ موارد را به ایمیل ja-esteghlal@agri-jahad.org ارسال نمایند.
۱۳– متقاضی لازم است نسخه حاضر را نیز مهر و امضا نماید و در پاکت الف قراردهد یا از طریق ایمیل با سایر مدارک خواسته شده در قسمت A ارسال نماید.
۱۴-شرکت با توجه به سهمیه ومجوزهای وزارت متبوع در رد یا قبول هریک یا تمام پیشنهادات مختار است و برنده حق هیچگونه اعتراضی ندارد.
Invitation for Supply and Import of Feed Corn

Nahadehaye Dami Jahed Co (Private Joint Stock Company) intends to source and import feed corn through the financial resources of Tejarat Bank Iraq (TBI). Therefore, all companies that have the capability to supply and sell the commodity in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations are hereby invited to submit the required documents in accordance with Clauses 4 and 5 of this invitation and deliver them to this company within the specified timeline stated in Clause 8.

Supply and import of approximately ۷۰,۰۰۰ metric tons of Brazilian feed corn through a qualitative evaluation process.
(The quantity may be increased by up to 10% subject to mutual agreement between the parties.)
- Payment Terms and TBI Funding Requirements:
Payment for the purchased commodity shall be made exclusively through the financial resources of Tejarat Bank Iraq (TBI). Therefore, the responsibility for coordination, feasibility, and submission of all required shipping documents and conditions related to the utilization of the said bank’s resources shall solely rest with the Seller.
The applicant is required to have full knowledge and understanding of the cooperation process and requirements under this payment mechanism prior to participation.
The contract shall include the necessary guarantees to ensure compliance with this clause, and applicants are required to participate with full awareness and acceptance of the relevant obligations.
It should also be noted that, considering the specific regional conditions, all arrangements and responsibilities related to obtaining permissions and coordination for vessel passage through the Strait of Hormuz shall be borne by the Supplier.
- Submission of Company Documents (Envelope A):
Applicants shall submit documents including company profile, corporate information, business track record, bank account details, and other relevant supporting documents (Envelope A).

- Submission of Price Offer (Envelope B):
Applicants shall submit their price quotation (Proforma Invoice) based on CFR Imam Khomeini Port, Iran, using the standard format, including a clearly specified shipment schedule (Envelope B).

- Latest Delivery Date:
The latest delivery date shall be ۳۰ September 2026.
- Delivery Commitment:
The Supplier shall undertake delivery of the commodity at the southern ports of Iran in accordance with the shipment schedule stipulated in the contract.
It should be noted that any currency allocation instruction or transfer shall be subject to completion of cargo discharge prior to the issuance of the relevant payment instruction.
- Deadline for Submission and Bid Opening:
The deadline for submission of documents contained in the envelopes is:

The opening of the received envelopes shall take place at:

- Quality Standards:
The supplied feed corn shall comply with the following standards:
ISIRI Standards No. 5936, 12968, 5925, and 1445
and shall be Grade One quality.
- Country of Origin:
The origin of the feed corn supplied under this invitation shall be Brazil.
- Identification of Submission Envelopes / Emails:
Applicants must clearly indicate the invitation reference number on both envelopes (A and B).
For electronic submissions, applicants must send two separate emails with the following subject lines:

- Submission Procedure:
Applicants shall place the signed and stamped invitation documents in sealed and duly stamped envelopes and submit them by the deadline specified in Clause 8 to the Security Department of Jihad Esteghlal Institute at the company’s address, and obtain an official receipt.
During the opening session, Envelope A shall be opened first. Only applicants whose qualifications and documents are approved will have their Envelope B opened and evaluated.
Applicants participating via email shall submit the required documents specified in Clauses 4 and 5 to the following email address:

- Acknowledgment of Invitation Document:
The applicant shall sign and stamp this invitation document and include it in Envelope A, or submit it via email along with other required documents under Part A.
- Company’s Rights:
Considering the allocated quotas and licenses issued by the relevant Ministry, the Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submitted offers, and applicants shall have no right to object or claim against such decision.
