آگهی فراخوان عمومی خرید و واردات ذرت دامی

شماره فراخوان  NDJ-1405-04

شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد (سهامی خاص) در نظر دارد جهت تامین و واردات ذرت دامی اقدام نماید. لذا بدینوسیله به اطلاع کلیه شرکت هایی که توانایی تامین و فروش مطابق قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر موضوع را دارند، میرساند، مطابق برنامه زمانی مندرج در ردیف ۸ این فراخوان نسبت به ارسال اسناد مطابق بند ۴ و ۵  اقدام و در زمان مقرر به این شرکت تحویل نمایند:

۱ – نام و نشانی شرکت: شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد(سهامی خاص) – آدرس: تهران، میدان جهاد (فاطمی )، ضلع جنوب شرقی، نبش کوچه شهید مصیری پلاک ۵ ، طبقه ۱۰واحد حراست ، تلفن: ۸۸۹۲۳۳۶۶ نمابر : ۸۶۰۳۷۲۶۵

۲- موضوع: تامین و واردات مقدار تقریبی ۱۴۰،۰۰۰ تن ذرت دامی برزیل و اوکراین از طریق ارزیابی کیفی. (در صورت توافق طرفین تا ۱۰ درصد قابل افزایش می باشد.)

۳- متقاضی موظف است در پیشنهاد خود، منبع یا منابع بانکی قابل قبول جهت دریافت وجه معامله را بطور شفاف اعلام نماید. مسئولیت هماهنگی، امکان‌پذیری دریافت وجه از منبع یا منابع اعلامی، ارائه مستندات مورد نیاز و رعایت کلیه الزامات مرتبط، بر عهده فروشنده خواهد بود. همچنین متقاضی موظف است پیش از ارائه پیشنهاد، نسبت به بررسی کامل فرآیندهای مربوط به دریافت وجه از منبع یا منابع پیشنهادی اقدام نموده و با آگاهی کامل در فراخوان شرکت نماید.

۴- ارسال مدارک و مستندات شرکت‌کننده، سوابق کاری، اعلام حساب و سایر مستندات مربوطه (پاکت الف)، در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان NDJ-1405-04 قسمت A.

۵- ارسال پیشنهاد قیمت (پروفرما )بر اساس CFRبندر امام خمینی و در قالب فرمت متعارف زمانبندی حمل کالا  ،حتما مشخص باشد.(پاکت ب) در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود حتما در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان NDJ-1405-04 قسمت .B

۶- آخرین تاریخ تحویل ۱۵ سپتامبر ۲۰۲۶ است.

۷- تعهد تحویل کالا در بنادر جنوبی کشور براساس زمان بندی مفاد قرارداد میباشد. لازم به توضیح است شرایط هرگونه حواله و یا انتقال ارز منوط به تخلیه بار قبل از حواله است.

۸ – مهلت ارائه پاکت محتوی اسناد : تا ساعت ۱۰ روز شنبه مورخ ۳۱/۰۵/۱۴۰۵ و زمان بازگشایی پاکات دریافتی نیز ساعت ۱۲ همان روز می باشد.

۹ – استاندارد کالای تحویلی برای ذرت دامی باید مطابق ۵۹۳۶,۱۲۹۶۸, ۵۹۲۵, ۱۴۴۵ISIRI/ و گرید یک باشد.

۱۰- مبدا تامین موضوع فراخوان ذرت دامی از کشور برزیل یا اوکراین می باشد.

۱۱-ضروری است متقاضیان شماره فراخوان را بصورت خوانا برروی هر دو پاکت (الف) و (ب) درج نمایند یا اگر بصورت ایمیل ارسال می نمایند دو ایمیل جداگانه که در عنوان آن قید شود ” فراخوان NDJ-1405-04  قسمت “A و ” فراخوان NDJ-1405-04 قسمت“ B

۱۲ -متقاضیان بایستی اسناد فراخوان مهر و امضا شده را در پاکت لاک و مهر شده قرار داده و در تاریخ مقرر در ردیف (۸) این فراخوان به مدیریت حراست موسسه جهاد استقلال به آدرس شرکت تحویل و رسید دریافت نمایند. قابل ذکر است که در زمان بازگشایی پاکات، ابتدا پاکت الف ارسالی متقاضی، بازگشایی و در صورت احراز شرایط لازم، پاکت ب دریافتی، بازگشایی خواهد شد. متقاضیانی که از طریق ایمیل شرکت میکنند باید مطابق توضیح بند ۴و ۵ موارد را به ایمیل  ja-esteghlal@agri-jahad.org ارسال نمایند.

۱۳– متقاضی لازم است نسخه حاضر را  نیز مهر و امضا نماید و در پاکت الف قراردهد یا از طریق ایمیل با سایر مدارک  خواسته شده در قسمت  A  ارسال نماید.

۱۴-شرکت با توجه به سهمیه ومجوزهای وزارت متبوع در رد یا قبول هریک یا تمام پیشنهادات مختار است و برنده حق هیچگونه اعتراضی ندارد.

INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)

Procurement and Import of Animal Feed Corn

Nahadehaye Dami Jahed Company (Private Joint Stock Company) hereby invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement process for the supply and import of Animal Feed Corn. Interested companies with the capability and legal authorization to supply the required commodity are invited to submit their qualification documents and commercial offer in accordance with the terms and schedule set forth below.

2. Scope of Supply

Supply and import of approximately ۱۴۰,۰۰۰ Metric Tons of Brazilian and Ukraine Animal Feed Corn.

The contracted quantity may be increased by up to ۱۰% upon mutual agreement between the parties.

3. Payment Arrangement

Each bidder shall clearly specify in its proposal the acceptable banking channel(s) and payment source(s) through which it is willing to receive payment.

The Seller shall bear full responsibility for:

• the feasibility of receiving payment through the proposed banking channel(s);
• all required coordination with the relevant financial institutions;
• submission of any supporting documents required for the payment process; and
• compliance with all applicable banking and regulatory requirements.

By submitting a proposal, the bidder confirms that it has fully reviewed the proposed payment mechanism and is fully aware of all relevant procedures and requirements.

4. Qualification Documents (Envelope A)

Bidders shall submit the following qualification documents:

• Company profile;
• Company registration documents;
• Relevant business experience and references;
• Bank account details;
• Any other supporting documents deemed relevant.

5. Commercial Proposal (Envelope B)

The commercial offer shall include:

• Proforma Invoice;
• CFR Imam Khomeini Port (Incoterms® ۲۰۲۰);
• Shipment schedule;
• Delivery plan;
• Validity of the offer.

6. Latest Delivery Date

The latest contractual delivery date shall be:

۱۵ September 2026

7. Delivery Conditions

The Seller shall deliver the cargo to the southern ports of Iran in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the Contract.

Any payment transfer or remittance shall be processed only after completion of cargo discharge, in accordance with the contractual terms.

8. Submission Deadline

Deadline for submission of bids:

Saturday, 22 August 2026 – ۱۰:۰۰ AM (Tehran Time)

Opening of bids:

Saturday, 22 August 2026 – ۱۲:۰۰ PM (Tehran Time)

9. Product Specifications

The supplied Animal Feed Corn shall:

• Be of Brazil and Ukraine Origin;
• Meet Grade 1 quality requirements;
• Fully comply with ISIRI Standards Nos. 1445, 5925, 5936 and 12968, or equivalent internationally recognized standards acceptable to the Purchaser.

11. Tender Identification

The Tender Number NDJ-1405-04 shall be clearly indicated on both Envelope A and Envelope B.

For electronic submission, bidders shall submit two separate emails with the following subjects:

• Tender No. NDJ-1405-04 – Part B

12. Submission Procedure

Hard-copy submissions shall be sealed, stamped and signed, and delivered before the submission deadline to the Security Department of Jahad Esteghlal Institute at the Purchaser’s address.

Qualification documents (Envelope A) will be evaluated first.

Only bidders meeting the qualification requirements will proceed to the commercial evaluation stage, during which Envelope B will be opened.

13. Acceptance of Tender Conditions

Bidders shall sign and stamp this Invitation to Tender and include the signed copy in Envelope A, or attach the signed document to the electronic submission of Part A.

14. Purchaser’s Rights

Nahadehaye Dami Jahed Company reserves the unconditional right, subject to the applicable approvals and allocations of the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason or incurring any liability.

Submission of a proposal shall not create any entitlement for the bidder to receive an award, compensation, or to raise any claim or objection against the Purchaser.
