آگهی فراخوان عمومی خرید و واردات کنجاله سویا

شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد (سهامی خاص) در نظر دارد جهت تامین و واردات کنجاله سویا از محل منابع Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI)  اقدام نماید. لذا بدینوسیله به اطلاع کلیه شرکت هایی که توانایی تامین و فروش مطابق قوانین و مقررات حاکم بر موضوع را دارند، میرساند، مطابق برنامه زمانی مندرج در ردیف ۸ این فراخوان نسبت به ارسال اسناد مطابق بند ۴ و ۵  اقدام و در زمان مقرر به این شرکت تحویل نمایند:

۱ – نام و نشانی شرکت: شرکت نهاده های دامی جاهد(سهامی خاص) به آدرس: تهران، میدان جهاد (فاطمی )، ضلع جنوب شرقی، نبش کوچه شهید مصیری پلاک ۵ ، طبقه ۸ ، تلفن: ۸۸۹۲۳۳۶۶ نمابر : ۸۶۰۳۷۲۶۵

۲- موضوع: تامین و واردات مقدار تقریبی ۰۰۰،۶۵ کنجاله سویا برزیل یا آرژانتین از طریق ارزیابی کیفی.(در صورت توافق طرفین تا ۱۰ درصد قابل افزایش می باشد.)

۳-پرداخت وجه خرید کالا صرفا از محل منابع Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI) است لذا مسئولیت هماهنگی، امکان پذیری و ارائه اسناد و شرایط حمل کالا از منابع بانک مذکور صرفاً  بعهده فروشنده است ضمناً لازم است متقاضی قبل از شرکت به طور کامل با فرایند همکاری با بانک مذکورآگاهی داشته باشد( در قرارداد ضمانت لازم برای اجرای این بند پیش بینی شده و لازم است متقاضی محترم در این خصوص با آگاهی کامل اقدام نماید).

۴- ارسال مستندات شامل تصاویر مشخصات شرکت کننده، سوابق کاری، اعلام حساب Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI)مربوط به شرکت کننده و حداقل مستندات یک بار برداشت از Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI)و سایر مستندات مربوطه (پاکت الف)، در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان ۱۰- ۱۴۰۴ قسمت A.

۵- ارسال پیشنهاد قیمت (پروفرما )بر اساس CFRبندر امام خمینی و در قالب فرمت متعارف زمانبندی حمل کالا  ،حتما مشخص باشد.(پاکت ب) در صورتیکه از طریق ایمیل فرستاده میشود در عنوان ایمیل باید درج شود فراخوان ۱۰- ۱۴۰۴ قسمت .B

۶- آخرین تاریخ تحویل ژانویه ۲۰۲۶ است.

۷- تعهد تحویل کالا در بنادر جنوبی کشور براساس زمان بندی مفاد قرارداد میباشد. لازم به توضیح است شرایط هرگونه حواله و یا انتقال ارز منوط به تخلیه بار قبل از حواله است.

۸ – مهلت ارائه پاکت محتوی اسناد : تا ساعت ۱۲ روز چهارشنبه مورخ ۱۷/۱۰/۱۴۰۴ و زمان بازگشایی پاکات دریافتی نیز ساعت ۱۶ روز چهارشنبه مورخ  ۱۷/۱۰/۱۴۰۴ می باشد.

۹ – استاندارد کالای تحویلی برای کنجاله سویا باید مطابق ۸۰۰, ۱۲۹۶۸, ۵۹۲۵, ۳۲۰۷, ۱۳۱۲۰ISIRI/ و گرید یک باشد.

۱۰- مبدا تامین موضوع فراخوان کنجاله سویا از کشور  برزیل یا آرژانتین می باشد.

۱۱-ضروری است متقاضیان شماره فراخوان را بصورت خوانا برروی هر دو پاکت (الف) و (ب) درج نمایند یا اگر بصورت ایمیل ارسال می نمایند دو ایمیل جداگانه که در عنوان آن قید شود ” فراخوان ۱۰- ۱۴۰۴ قسمت A.” و ” فراخوان ۱۰- ۱۴۰۴ قسمت B”

۱۲ -متقاضیان بایستی اسناد فراخوان مهر و امضا شده را در پاکت لاک و مهر شده قرار داده و در تاریخ مقرر در ردیف (۸) این فراخوان به مدیریت حراست موسسه جهاد استقلال به آدرس شرکت تحویل و رسید دریافت نمایند. قابل ذکر است که در زمان بازگشایی پاکات، ابتدا پاکت الف ارسالی متقاضی، بازگشایی و در صورت احراز شرایط لازم، پاکت ب دریافتی، بازگشایی خواهد شد. متقاضیانی که از طریق ایمیل شرکت میکنند باید مطابق توضیح بند ۴و ۵ موارد را به ایمیل  ja-esteghlal@agri-jahad.org ارسال نمایند.

۱۳– متقاضی لازم است نسخه حاضر را  نیز مهر و امضا نماید و در پاکت الف قراردهد یا از طریق ایمیل با سایر مدارک  خواسته شده در قسمت A  ارسال نماید.

۱۴-شرکت با توجه به سهمیه ومجوزهای وزارت متبوع در رد یا قبول هریک یا تمام پیشنهادات مختار است و برنده حق هیچگونه اعتراضی ندارد.

Jahid Animal Feed Inputs Company (Private Joint Stock) intends to procure and import soybean meal through the financial resources of the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI). Accordingly, all companies capable of supplying and selling the mentioned product in accordance with the governing laws and regulations are hereby informed to submit the required documents as specified in Sections 4 and 5, within the timeframe indicated in Item 8 of this announcement:

2. Subject:
   Supply and import of approximately ۶۵,۰۰۰ MT of soybean meal from Brazil or Argentina through qualitative evaluation. (Subject to mutual agreement, the quantity may increase up to 10%.)
3. Payment Terms:
   Payment for the goods will be made exclusively through the resources of Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI). Therefore, all coordination, feasibility, submission of required documents, and provision of shipment conditions via TBI are the full responsibility of the seller. Applicants must be fully familiar with TBI procedures prior to participation. (The contract will include necessary guarantees to ensure fulfillment of this clause, and applicants must proceed with full awareness.)
4. Submission of Documents:
   Submission of documents including company profile, track record, valid Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI) account details related to the applicant, proof of at least one previous transaction via Trade Bank of Iraq(TBI), and other related documentation (Envelope A) is required.

5. Price Proposal:
   Submission of a price offer (Proforma Invoice) based on CFR Imam Khomeini Port, including standard shipment scheduling (Envelope B).
   If sent via email, the subject line must state: Tender 10-1404 – Section B
6. Final Delivery Date:
   January 2026
7. Delivery Commitment:
   Delivery of goods must take place at southern ports of Iran according to the contractual schedule. Note: Any currency transfer or remittance is conditional upon discharge of goods prior to remittance issuance.
8. Submission Deadline:
   Deadline for submission of envelopes: 12:00 PM, Wednesday, 17/10/1404

   Opening of envelopes: 4:00 PM, Wednesday, 17/10/1404

9. Product Standard:
   The delivered soybean meal must comply with ISIRI standards 800, 12968, 5925, 3207, 13120 and must be Grade One.
10. Source of Supply:
    Country of origin for the soybean meal: Brazil or Argentina
11. Labeling Requirement:
    Applicants must clearly write the tender number on both envelopes (A & B). For email submissions, two separate emails must be sent with titles:

• “Tender 10-1404 – Section A”
• “Tender 10-1404 – Section B”

12. Submission Method:
    Applicants must place the stamped and signed tender documents in a sealed envelope and deliver them by the deadline stated in Item 8 to the Security Management of Jihad Esteghlal Institute at the company address and obtain a receipt. During the opening session, Envelope A will be reviewed first; if qualified, Envelope B will then be opened. Email submissions must be sent to:

13. Document Confirmation:
    Applicants must sign and stamp this announcement and include it in Envelope A, or attach it to the documents submitted by email under Section A.
14. Right of Rejection:
    The company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals based on ministry quotas and related permits. The selected bidder has no right to raise objections.
